Responsibilities and Duties

  • Expand existing relationships by identifying opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, and bring in new clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goals

  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

  • Work with the onboarding specialists to understand client marketing goals and set up the account

  • Manage advertising campaign operations and strategy

  • Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices

  • Be continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends and technological updates


  • One (1) year of previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing, or relevant work experience

  • Confident communicator and able to effectively present using email, phone, text, live chat, & video conferencing

  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful
