Reports To

The Manager of Business Development reports directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Job Overview

In this role, the Manager of Business Development is responsible for driving B2B sales efforts, growing strategic relationships, consistently hitting monthly and annual sales quotas. This job requires critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify customer pain points and how our product can be a solution. This job requires constant learning and studying the digital marketing landscape and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. Timeliness, organization, competitiveness, and curiosity is a must in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Present sales deck in person or via phone with prospective clients and walking them through our products and services.

  • Actively use all resources available to you to be an expert in digital marketing solutions- constantly stay engaged and curious about the constantly evolving world of social media

  • Consistently exemplify an attitude of positivity, collaboration, and competitiveness 

  • Constantly collaborate across the organization to find solutions to meet the needs of our clients

  • Organization is key: maintain pipeline reports and proactively follow up to maintain customer relationship


  • College Degree required

  • Background of 3 or more years in exceptional B2B sales success

  • Great communicator, critical thinker, problem solver

  • Digital marketing background preferred and proficient in technical products
