The Account Coordinator reports to the Director of Account Management
In this role, the Account Coordinator is responsible for working with the Account Management team to help with client account setup and maintenance and campaign operation and strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
Be continuously learning, to stay current on digital marketing trends & technological updates
Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and provide recommendations
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Build out campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
Compose ad copy, email copy, landing page copy, etc., and proof other work – strong attention to detail is a MUST!
Manage & organize files
Create and proof client mockups, proposals, and other documents
Create social media pages, ad accounts, and tracking codes
Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed
Effective time management, including the ability to multi-task, organize & prioritize
