Job Overview

An Account Manager is responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with major clients through regular calls and meetings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with the onboarding specialists to understand client marketing goals and set up the account

  • Manage advertising campaign operations and strategy

  • Educate your client base on social media marketing, industry reports, and best practices

  • Be continuously learning to stay current on digital marketing trends and technological updates

  • Identify opportunities for additional products/services, articulate their value, expand existing relationships, and bring in new clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams, developers, agency partners, and creative to achieve client business goals

  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training


  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sales, consulting, account management, marketing, or relevant work experience

  • BA/BS degree in a related field and general business acumen

  • Understand common marketing objectives and what makes marketing successful

  • Self-motivation and a competitive “fire”

  • Confident communicator and able to effectively present using email, phone, text, live chat, & video conferencing

  • Emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a passion for contributing to growth!
