The Client Finance Coordinator will report to the Director of Finance.

Job Overview

The Client Finance Coordinator plays a critical role in organizing and administering client-related finance tasks. Being detail-oriented, the Client Finance Coordinator keeps accurate record-keeping of client accounts and coordinates client invoicing and charges. He/she communicates with clients to update billing methods, resolve billing discrepancies, share receipts, and communicate agreement terms. Additionally, the Client Finance Coordinator helps create reports for the internal C Squared Social team, continually works to improve record-keeping practices, and provides client-related analytical support to internal team members.
